Summary | 0000838: No logs saved if directory does not exist
Description | If you set EMStudio to log to a directory, and then later delete that directory, EMStudio will not save logs anywhere, nor will it warn the user. It would probably be best if missing parts of the log path were created.
Steps To Reproduce | Create a directory. In the settings dialog, set logging to that directory. Close EMStudio. Delete directory. Run EMStudio again.

I didn't try, this might "work" on an app restart, but does not work on a disconnect >> delete >> reconnect basis. |

Kinda a different issue, but if you open the app, connect, disconnect, edit dir in settings, reconnect, it doesn't create it and writes the log to the old dir instead. |

Fixed in db4a016cb39142a which may be rebased into a new hash at some point. |
