Details of what is currently known to be wrong with it :

* Gathers a cumulative error in queued mode
* Sticks at high dwells
* Gets out of sequence when a spark event is missed
* Can't dwell long enough at various speeds and advances

Possibly other things too.

This code has been deprecated. ECT channels being shared between injection and ignition for now. 0.4.0 will contain XGATE PIT injection control in place of this.
