|Description||Menu items should either purely open/raise windows, or should raise if not on top, rather than closing.|
Rational: If you have a window open, but hidden, and you choose it, and it doesn't appear, you're confused/frustrated.
I think it's sufficient to click close to close them. Closing them from the menu doesn't make sense to me. So simple works for me, but you may wish to keep your functionality and raise if not on top, rather than closing.

|Fixed in f4862bcefaa13cd12b3961b3b4f3136d733b38a0. Menu now opens, or brings to front if windows is already open.|
