Summary0000531: Garbage Collect Option Broken For XGATE Objects
DescriptionGenuine XGATE objects get garbage collected

m68hc11-objcopy: --change-section-lma .ppageE1=0x00e18000 never used
m68hc11-objcopy: --change-section-lma .ppageE0X=0x00e08800 never used

Removing unused section '.ppageE1' in file 'objects/xgate/xgate.o'
Removing unused section '.ppageE0X' in file 'objects/xgateVectors.o'

This could be because they're not referenced in init.c in the vanilla build right now, however I don't recall ever having not seen those. In fact, when we were running the XGATE code from flash alone these definitely showed up, so the binutils code definitely needs some work for the GC option to function correctly. Please leave this open until the XGATE rebasing work is complete.
