This actually needs to support Dizzy use too! There is at least one engine that has a single pulse per cylinder AND a set of evenly spaced teeth on the dizzy shaft. One code base to rule them all :-)

Closed on the basis that at the least this didn't cause regressions to current modes. Whether this new mode works or not, who knows. Time will tell. Closing.
