Summary0000144: Add injection and ignition cut limiters with hysteresis
DescriptionCause the scheduler to not just not schedule (dangerous), but actually unschedule all ignition events until the source of the cut is back under the threshold. Make this code generic such that it can be triggered from any number of source/setpoint/hyst sets, and only come back on when all allow it to. Same for fueling, each should be independent of the other, but use shared code.

Private draft thread with some code and monologue on how to implement here: http://forum.diyefi.org/viewtopic.php?f=25&t=1366 [^]

Added a trial/demo version of this earlier and will tidy up and push in the next day or so.

Fixed in f0eff1205a022352df161ed2b098c8b9b1172e80. Sim, please setup yours for your desired ignition cut and test. Maybe a good opportunity to film the tacho and exhaust in-neutral vids that I'm after for a compilation too? If successful, please assign to Deuce to check fuel cut on, he can then close if he's happy too.

I'm confident that sufficient people have tested this in various configs.
