Summary | 0000131: Create a set of second RPM input ISRs for inclusion
Description | In both the missing teeth decoder and the lots of teeth decoders. Each instance of a generic decoder should be configured for either not using one, or using some specific one. Thinking about that as I write this, it will create a HUGE number of configured firmwares if we do A*B where A = generic decoders and B = second inputs. So it'll probably be best to give it some shared configuration and contain the logic required to do what it does. Config could include to use or not, and therefore how to configure the interrupts, and the styles of second inputs and what seeing an edge means, etc.
