Summary0000374: Remove Hotel Hacks From Firmware!
DescriptionRight now there are two hacks in the firmware for the mighty hotel!

1) ADC pin swap due to destruction introduced by Preston
2) Dwell limit code which needs to be generalised to all setups

Both should be gone from the firmware before the 0.2.0 release, which is intended to be clean and free of temporary code etc.

I'll take care of 2), Preston, your task is to take care of 1) better place an order for a BDM to TA and a sample CPU to Freescale.

Bump for CPU replacement. Could you get the mrs to post some tools and a Puma down to you? Get the hotel going on Puma, then fix TA, then swap back to it? Seems low stress and easy to do by hand in a kitchen or paddock ;-)
