0000370: Going full screen with multiple monitors doesn't have good behavior.
When you enter full screen on a dual monitor setup the application displays fully on the secondary monitor regardless of which monitor the application was previously active in. The application should respect which display the windowed version resides in and go full screen in the appropriate display.

Putting this low priority for now.
Place windowed application in primary monitor and then enter full screen. You will notice the application moves to the secondary monitor.

Seems to, yes! Tested on mac. Don't have a multi mon linux machine to test on, but behaviour varies depending on graphics driver anyway. Can fix later if there is some hidden issue.
